I have sleeping problems. I miss my four friends. lol. College without these girls would not have been the same. I MISS US, SO BARE WITH ME AS I REMINISCE.


Freshman year Winter quarter finals week at Geisel. Sarah made us those korean headband things to help us study but clearly they were more of a distraction lol.

My 19th Birthday. I miss that dorm room!! Stella and her untouchable purple bed in the background -_- In all my 3 years of being your roommate stella, I have slept in your bed ONCE. How many times have you slept/drooled on mine??!!!

My 19th bday DAY celebration. "hey, its my bday so you guys don't have to go to class. We're going to the beach" and they actually ditched class to go with me haha <3

Sophomore Year!

Sarah's 20th bday at Buca. I hate buca, it scares me.

I always hoped it would snow in California so that school could be cancelled. California is too hot so we got a fire instead. That one week school was cancelled - we went to Riverside and took more dumb pics lol.

This is also significant b/c it was stella's 20th bday and we tricked her into thinking we didn't care about her and she almost went to sleep crying (admit it, stella)

AND finally, our 4th year in SD. Sharon moved on from college much quicker than us. She's a no nonsense girl (haha) Our brief yet memorable moments together our 4th year at UCSD.

WE'RE FINALLY ALL 21. being classy and drinking champagne/wine/fruit beer with cheese and crackers.

SECRET SANTA. stella, always had to ruin our "secret" santas by figuring out who everyone had. Hence the timeout.

I honestly believe God handpicked every single one of our friendships and purposefully placed each and every one of us into each others' lives. As you can tell, I MISS YOU GUYS AND US. can't wait for our long over due reunion. (stella's fault)

Hello March : )

New month, new beginnings!!
My friend (Sharon Ahn lol) reminded me that when one door closes, many more doors open. Gosh that girl is wise for her age :) [lol don't blush sharon]

But seriously, the month of March is so far very promising :)

This weekend I'm going to San Francisco with friends and I'm excited.

Then March 19-22 is Vegas! hehe.

A very close friend of mine told me my blog was depressing. She's right. No more PP (pessimistic patty). I'm gonna be OP again (optimistic patty). lol.

I need a trip to Europe asap. Preferably Italy. If I could not be Korean, I would choose to be Italian :) I love the way they talk, I love how they love food and best of all, they're all about the FAMILIA!

Everything happens for a reason. I HATE THAT SAYING -- but it is so true. But I still hate it.

Anyway, in light of the current changes occurring in my life.. I want to go back to the things I've neglected in the past year. God, my friends, my future and career. and even writing on this silly page that no one probably reads but me. I want to be independent again. I'm going to study study study and work hard to reach my goals - no more distractions. I know I'm in for a struggle the next few months, but I'm going to gather every ounce of strength and will power I have to persevere.

High School friends are forever

Who says friends don't stay friends after high school? Well I guess it is true. People go their separate ways once they get into college.. people change, make new friends, whatever. Which is true for our group of friends from HS, but what's different for us is that we ALWAYS get back together and truly KIT (as we promised we would in our yearbooks hehe)

Recently one of our good friends turned 21. It was like a Garden Grove reunion that weekend. After weeks and weeks of staying in San diego (I never get to go home cause of work) - i finally got to see ALL my friends at ONCE. how awesome is that. Happy 21st to my good friend Vivian Do. Friends since the 7th Grade :) We've gone through so much together, and grown so much!!Friends since the 7th grade <3

He's Just NOT That Into You

So last week I finished reading "He's Just NOT That Into You" (as I was waiting 2 hours at the DMV to renew my license - goodness I hate the DMV) If you're a girl and haven't read it yet, read it!! It's an interesting and easy read.. and quite educational haha. If you're one of those girls that "don't understand guys" (because they're not quite as intelligent as women haha), then this book will help you understand them just a little bit more. Anyways, READ the book :)
